RULES FOR TASTE-OFF CONTEST
1. Must be 18 years of age to participate in contest.
2. You may enter more than one category, but an application must be completed for each.
3. All entries must include some type of pepper.
4. Circle the category you are entering.
5. Attach recipe for the circled entry to the application.
6. Bring prepared and cooked dish to the Omega Clubhouse by 1:30 PM
Saturday, September 10th, 2011 and register with Carla Hornbuckle.
7. Mail or bring application with recipe attached to Omega City Hall.

1. Use of Pepper 15%
2. Originality 15%
3. Layers of flavor 15%
4. Presentation/Eye appeal 15%
3. Overall Taste 40%
Prizes and medals awarded to 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place.
